The department of Aquatic Environment Management is one of the key department established in 2007. The Department of AEM has adopted course curriculum for Undergraduate students recommended by ICAR Deans’ committee. The Department has laboratory facilities with various equipment, models and charts for conducting regular UG practical on water quality management and soil testing for students as well as providing services to fish farmers. The mission of the department is to produce high quality manpower required to carry out scientific investigation on different aspects of aquatic ecosystem environments.
